Additional Accessories: We offer a stainless steel stand and vinyl plastic scraper with our durable, fine-quality baking stones for oven, that makes baking easy, safe & fun.
Versatile: In addition to delicious authentic pizza, this baking stone for bread allows you to cook a great variety of food like muffins, flatbreads, cookies, crunchy chips, and quesadillas.
Convenient Size Options: You can avail 12", 14", 16" Round or 15" X 12" rectangular pizza stone with handles, making small, medium, and large pizzas in your home toaster oven, air fryer, or smoker.

1. Preparing the Stone & Oven

Preheating

- Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
- Place the stone in the oven during preheating for even heat distribution (at least 30–45 minutes).

Maximum Temperature

- The stone can withstand up to 1472°F (800°C), but standard home ovens do not reach such temperatures.

2. Cooking the Pizza

Handling the Dough
- For sticky dough, use parchment paper (not wax paper!).
- Transfer the pizza onto the stone using a peel or parchment.

Cooking Time

- At 500°F, the pizza will cook in 10–15 minutes (adjust based on crust thickness and toppings).

3. After Use

Cooling
- Let the stone cool completely inside the oven (sudden temperature changes may cause cracks).
- Avoid exposing the hot stone to water!

Cleaning

- Remove food residue with a dry scraper or brush.
- Do not use detergents — the porous stone will absorb liquids, leading to odors during future use.

4. Safety Precautions

- Never place a cold stone into a preheated oven.
- Use heat-resistant gloves when handling the stone.
- Store the stone in a dry, shock-protected area.

Important Notes

- For Grills: When using the stone on a grill, monitor the temperature to avoid exceeding the maximum limit.
- A slight odor during initial uses is normal for new ceramic stones.
