Please read the program terms below before applying.

1. Overview and How to Join

The KitchenStar Affiliate Program pays creators a commission on every sale they refer to kitchenstar.top. By applying, you agree to these terms.

  • Who can join: food, pizza, baking and BBQ creators with an active blog or YouTube channel and a mainly US or Canadian audience.
  • How to apply: submit the application form on our Affiliate Program page. We review every application manually and reply within 5 business days.
  • Approval: we may decline any application at our discretion, for example if the content is inactive, off-topic, or the audience does not match our store.
  • Shipping area: our store currently ships to the United States, and selected products also ship to Canada. Referred customers must order for delivery within these areas; Canadian availability is shown on each product page.

2. Commissions, Tracking and Discount Codes

You earn 10% of the net order value on every qualifying sale you refer.

Attribution

  • Net order value excludes shipping, taxes, gift card purchases and discounts.
  • Qualifying sale: an order placed on kitchenstar.top that is paid, shipped, and not returned, refunded or cancelled. Sales on Amazon or other marketplaces are not tracked and do not earn commission.
  • Personal codes: we create your code with you after approval (for example, KSPIZZAQUEST5). Once your code is published, we will not change it.
  • Self-referrals: purchases made by you, for yourself, through your own link or code do not earn commission.

3. Payouts

We pay approved commissions once a month via PayPal when your balance reaches $50.

  • Approval period: commissions are approved 30 days after the order ships, after our return window closes.
  • Payout date: by the 15th of each month, for all commissions approved in the previous month.
  • Minimum balance: $50. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next month.
  • Payment details: add your PayPal email in your affiliate dashboard before your first payout. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings; US partners earning $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a W-9.
  • Reversals: if a referred order is later refunded or charged back, its commission is removed from your balance.

4. Product Samples for Review

Selected partners receive a free product for their first review, shipped to an address in the US or Canada.

  • Selection: we offer samples at our discretion, based on your content and audience.
  • No guaranteed outcome: a sample is not payment for a positive review. Your review should reflect your honest opinion.
  • Timing: we ask that you publish your review within 30 days of receiving the product. If plans change, just let us know.
  • Ownership: you keep the product. Accepting a sample means you agree to publish an honest review within 30 days; if you do not, you will not be eligible for further free products.

5. Disclosure and Promotion Rules

You must clearly disclose your relationship with KitchenStar in every post, video or article that promotes our products, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides.

  • Disclosure: place it near the link or mention, where readers see it before clicking, for example "I earn a commission if you buy through this link" or "KitchenStar sent me this product for free." On YouTube, say it in the video and repeat it in the description.
  • Honest claims: describe products accurately and only make claims you have tested or that appear on our product pages.
  • Product in use: every piece of content must show our product being used in real cooking, for example making, baking or serving a pizza. Unboxing-only or first-impression content does not count as a review, does not fulfill the sample agreement, and commissions from links or codes placed in such content may be declined.

The following are not allowed and may lead to removal from the program and loss of unpaid commissions:

  • posting your code or link on coupon, deal or cashback sites
  • bidding on "KitchenStar" or its misspellings in Google, Bing or other search ads
  • spam, including unsolicited email, comments or direct messages
  • buying traffic from pop-ups, toolbars or other software that forces clicks
  • presenting yourself as KitchenStar or as an official representative of the brand
  • using our logo or product photos in ways that suggest we endorse unrelated content

6. Termination, Changes and Contact

Either side may end the partnership at any time by email.

  • If you leave: approved commissions are paid on the next payout date, even if below the $50 minimum.
  • If we remove you for breaking these terms: unpaid commissions from the violating activity are forfeited.
  • Changes: we may update these terms. We will email active partners at least 14 days before changes to commission rates or payouts take effect.
  • Relationship: you are an independent creator, not an employee or agent of KitchenStar.
