How to use your Pizza Peel:
1. Preheat your oven with a pizza stone to 500°F, or the max temperature available.
2. Unfold the peel and slide the clamp down to secure the handle.
3. Generously flour the peel, shape the dough, and place it on the top.
4. Quickly put the toppings on the dough so the dough does not stick.
5. Make a jerking motion with the peel so that the dough slides around on the peel.
6. Carefully slide the pizza onto the stone.
7. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is a light brown.
8. Slide the peel under the pizza and remove it from the oven.
9. Slice your pizza with a KitchenStar Pizza Cutter and enjoy it!
Warning: Use cold dough from the refrigerator and dust the surface of the peel generously with flour to prevent sticking!
Cleaning & Storage:
1. Clean the surface with a damp sponge or wash it in warm, soapy water.
2. You can also fold the handle and place it in the dishwasher.
3. Air dry on a dish rack, or wipe with a dry cloth.
4. Put it into the drawer or unfold the handle and hang the peel on the hook.
