- 1 batch of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup of ham, diced
- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
Prepare the pizza dough: If using store-bought pizza dough, take it out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to an hour. If making homemade pizza dough, follow your preferred recipe and let the dough rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Place and preheat the pizza stone: Place the pizza stone in the oven. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C) for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough: Sprinkle a little flour on the surface of acacia pizza peel and place the dough on top. Use your hands or a rolling pin to shape the dough into a 14-inch circle.
Spread the sauce: Spoon the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a little border around the edge.
Add the cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add the toppings: Arrange the diced ham and pineapple chunks on top of the cheese.
Bake the pizza: Use the acacia pizza peel to carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone in the oven. Bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy: Remove the pizza from the oven using the stainless steel pizza peel and place it on the acacia pizza peel. Let it cool for a few minutes. Use the pizza cutter rocker to slice the pizza into wedges and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Hawaiian pizza!
Note: This recipe is for a 14-inch pizza. You can adjust the ingredients to make a larger or smaller pizza. Using a pizza stone, acacia wood pizza peel, metal pizza peel, and pizza cutter will enhance the overall pizza making experience and result in a perfectly baked pizza every time.
