A quick and easy Millionaire shortbread which require's no baking. Simply assemble and chill for a deliciously chocolatey snack! A crunchy biscuit base with sweet swirled chocolate and peanut topping.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup digestive biscuit
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup sweet milk chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the biscuits into a food processor and blitz until a fine crumb.
2. In a small bowl, microwave the butter and half the peanut butter to melt.
3. Stir the digestives, butter and peanut butter together then pour into a 8"x8" lined dish, refrigete for 20 minutes.
4. Set a small saucepan with 100ml water on a low heat and place a bowl on top.
5. Add the chocolate to the bowl and melt. Pour the melted chocolate over the set biscuit base, then drizzle over the remaining peanut butter. Stir the peanut butter through the chocolate with a knife then set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
6. Slice into bites and store in the fridge.
